Due to the expansion of the Company, RightDecisions is offering a position as a Process Consultant. Duties Project management: planning, coordination, and follow-up. Process methodology: AS-IS analysis of processes, TO-BE definition with improvement proposals, roadmap definition and prioritization, and support for improvement implementation. Team management: Internally (2/3 people in the team) and coordination of the different business areas involved in the process optimization projects. Communication skills, leadership, and proper coordination of meetings. Knowledge of RPA and Process Mining technology (at user level) as we use it as a lever to improve the organization's processes. Understand the needs of the business areas in order to identify and specify through the definition of business processes. Management and follow-up of the different projects in the area. Internal reporting management. Qualifications University Studies. Experience in project management platform. The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills as he/she will work with other IT functional managers, user areas, and vendors. Fluent English level. Minimum level B2 (First) or similar. Professional Experience More than 4 years of experience in technical and functional management of projects related to process definition both in consulting companies and IT departments.
