Within NEP, the TFC team plays a critical role in orchestrating complex multi‑platform workflows, ensuring seamless integration between technology, operations and clients.NEP Australia is currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team at the Andrew’s HUB in SouthbankThe position The Solutions Architect will support the VP, Global Platform Solutions & Delivery in shaping, designing and documenting technical solutions for NEP’s TFC platform. This internal‑facing role focuses on creating scalable, consistent and technically sound architectures that align with the platform strategy, product roadmap and delivery frameworks.Working under the guidance of the VP, this role helps drive platform standardisation, reusable designs and high‑quality internal technical documentation. The architect does not engage directly with clients or regional business units, but instead enables efficient global delivery through strong collaboration with the VP and internal product and engineering teams.Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Partner closely with the VP to develop technical solution designs based on high‑level client requirements and business objectives.Create and maintain reference architectures, reusable templates and design blueprints to support global delivery consistency.Support the VP in preparing technical contributions for RFIs, RFPs and internal documentation packages.Participate in internal pre‑sales planning and technical discovery activities by providing input to the VP on scalable approaches, risks and technology considerations.Help translate high‑level business needs into clear actionable architecture recommendations for internal teams.Platform Integration & Delivery EnablementSupport the VP in standardising architecture documentation and internal onboarding materials across delivery regions.Document integration approaches and interface requirements for use by internal engineering and implementation teams.Collaborate with the VP to refine technical components of delivery playbooks and deployment models.Technical Alignment & Internal CollaborationCoordinate with the Product and Engineering teams via the VP to align proposed solutions with TFC capabilities and future roadmap direction.Ensure architecture designs remain aligned with platform scalability, performance and security principles.Contribute to technical reviews and feedback loops on product enhancements, internal projects and infrastructure evolution.Research emerging technologies, standards and tools relevant to platform growth and architecture innovation.Share findings and recommendations with the VP to inform roadmap evolution and infrastructure strategy.Contribute to internal post‑project reviews to support continual refinement of solution design processes.Required skills and attributes: 5+ years in solutions architecture, systems integration or platform engineering within media, broadcast or enterprise technology environments.Strong grasp of cloud architectures, system interoperability and scalable design practices.Ability to translate complex requirements into structured documented solution blueprints.Solid understanding of video/audio workflows, IP‑based infrastructure and orchestration platforms.Excellent documentation, presentation and internal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in broadcast platform architecture (e.g. control systems, IP infrastructure, automation).Familiarity with the TFC platform or similar orchestration/control systems.Background in supporting enterprise SaaS or hybrid deployments.Understanding of agile product and engineering practices.NEP believes that, first and foremost, the efforts of our people are what contribute to our successes.
