¿Te gustaría impulsar la arquitectura empresarial en una organización internacional, liderando la visión, la estrategia y el gobierno técnico de todo el ecosistema TI? Buscamos un / a Enterprise Architect con visión estratégica, fuerte capacidad de análisis y experiencia sólida en entornos de gran escala, para unirse a nuestro equipo global. El rol es 100% remoto , con sede en Madrid. Tu misión Serás responsable de asegurar que la estrategia de negocio y las decisiones tecnológicas evolucionan de forma alineada, consistente y sostenible. Liderarás la definición de arquitecturas objetivo, el gobierno arquitectónico y la documentación del landscape empresarial, trabajando con equipos de negocio y tecnología a nivel internacional. Responsabilidades clave Asegurar la alineación entre la estrategia de negocio y las soluciones tecnológicas. Definir arquitecturas objetivo, roadmaps y modelos de capacidades. Documentar el landscape de aplicaciones y sus interdependencias (HOPEX u otras herramientas EA). Realizar análisis de impacto, pre-estudios y recomendaciones arquitectónicas. Liderar y estructurar la Architecture Review Board (ARB) con negocio y TI. Mejorar procesos, promover buenas prácticas y reforzar el gobierno de arquitectura. Comunicar de forma clara el estado de la arquitectura, riesgos, avances y madurez del dominio. Facilitar la coordinación entre equipos y asegurar la coherencia global del modelo arquitectónico. Requisitos Experiencia demostrable como Enterprise Architect en entornos corporativos complejos. Conocimiento sólido de frameworks y metodologías de arquitectura empresarial (TOGAF, ArchiMate). Experiencia en herramientas EA (idealmente HOPEX). Capacidad para definir target architectures, roadmaps y application maps. Experiencia liderando governance arquitectónico (ARB). Alta capacidad de comunicación y de interlocución con negocio y TI. Inglés alto (imprescindible). Francés: muy valorable. Qué ofrecemos Trabajo 100% remoto .
