Overseeing Salesforce Commerce Cloud, optimizing site performance and ROI, and shaping digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and CRM. Partnering with global and local teams to ensure aligned execution and impactful results. Responsibilities E-Commerce & Digital Strategy Development and Execution Launch and expand e-commerce across all direct EMEA markets (UK, UAE, Nordics, Benelux, France, Switzerland, Italy). Design the customer journey across digital touchpoints, driving brand awareness, trial, purchase. Develop mechanisms to link e-commerce purchasers with medical clinics (referral systems, clinic linkage, and incentives), ensuring a win-win ecosystem for both the brand and physicians. Work with the Director of Marketing EMEA on communication and content strategies, ensuring alignment with global direction and local execution through in-country teams. Manage and optimize the regional e-commerce budget, allocating across markets to maximize ROI. Track and report e-commerce performance, consumer insights, and budget utilization, providing actionable recommendations. E-Commerce Site Development and Management Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement an EMEA-specific e-commerce site using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Oversee product information, content, UI/UX, and operational flows in partnership with IT, supply chain, and logistics teams. Post-launch, define and optimize KPIs to continuously improve site performance and conversion rates. Partner with customer service teams to establish scalable processes for inquiries, troubleshooting, and aftersales support. Digital Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution Drive qualified traffic and conversion through centralised paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns working with Director of Marketing EMEA to ensure global brand content alignment. Develop content and funnel strategies that encourage product trial, repeat purchase, and progression to clinic-based consultation. Work with the team to optimise existing tools (Klaviyo, Sprout, Pro Portal) and explore new solutions to enhance digital visibility and engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration, Global Alignment, and Stakeholder Management Execute global strategies in partnership with Global Marketing and Digital teams, adapting them to the EMEA context. Act as the day-to-day lead for regional e-commerce projects, working in close alignment with the Director of Marketing EMEA on brand and content strategy in collaboration with US counterparts. Collaborate with in-country marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure effective roll-out and execution across markets. Support the Director of Marketing EMEA in planning and executing launch and growth communications strategies to engage both clinics and consumers. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level required. Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, ideally within the cosmetics or premium consumer goods industry Proven track record in launching and/or managing e-commerce platforms (experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus) Experience in the skincare or aesthetic medical industry is highly desirable Strong background in omni-channel strategy and customer journey mapping. Demonstrated ability to lead both short and long-term strategic initiatives that drive business growth Experience leading cross-functional projects across departments and disciplines Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams across regions and countries Solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics Ability to gather, interpret, and communicate the latest market and industry insights to relevant stakeholders.
