Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 studies across 73,000 sites. Responsibilities Lead and deliver interdisciplinary clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements. Act as primary liaison between the company and customers to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout. Manage project teams, quality, timelines, budget and financial performance. Coordinate all study conduct partners, identify and manage issues proactively. Maintain study information across databases and systems; ensure TMF completeness. Prepare project management reports and present at internal and external meetings. Develop contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies. Build strong client relationships to generate new or add‑on business. Participate in bid defense meetings and may line‑manage other PMs and clinical monitoring staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing or related field. Experience in a CRO and relevant therapeutic area; strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, time‑management and independent work skills. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel (~25%). Ability to embrace new technologies.
