We're seeking a talented SAP MM/SD Business System Senior Analyst to join our team and help us manage and optimize our SAP MM and SD modules. If you have a deep understanding of business processes, system configuration, and integration, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: Analyze and Document : Gather and document business requirements for the SD and MM modules. Configure and Customize : Tailor SAP SD and MM modules to meet our business needs. Collaborate Across Teams : Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Support and Troubleshoot : Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SD and MM-related issues. Test and Validate : Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality. Train and Educate : Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Monitor and Improve : Keep an eye on system performance and implement improvements as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project Delivery : Complete projects on budget, on time, and with added value. User Satisfaction : Achieve high ratings from users after training. Training Effectiveness : Ensure end users pass training tests. Problem-Solving : Effectively escalate and resolve blocking points. What We're Looking For: Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Approximately 5 years of experience in SAP SD and 2 years in SAP MM modules. Business Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution and Materials Management processes. Technical Skills : Proven experience in system configuration and customization. Problem-Solving Abilities : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team Player : Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Language Skills : Fluent English is mandatory. Desirable Qualifications: Advanced Studies : Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Scientific disciplines. Language Skills : Proficiency in other European languages (French, Spanish, German) is a plus. Certifications : SAP certification in SAP SD and MM modules is a plus. Technical Knowledge : General understanding of ABAP and debugging skills. Software Proficiency : Comfortable with Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools.
