Acting as a strategic partner to leadership, this role provides oversight, financial management, and clear reporting to enable informed decision-making. What you do Governance Design and implement a governance entity overseeing Build and Rollout activities. Validate program health from a logical and consistent perspective, acting as a safeguard against overlooked risks Financial Management Support financial planning and tracking for programs. Provide consolidated program-level financial views for leadership Reporting & Insights Deliver tailored reporting: executive summaries for leadership and detailed operational views for delivery team. Ensure transparency and accuracy in status reporting across all initiatives Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Finance, and senior management to ensure smooth execution and governance compliance What you bring Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related field. Strong understanding of portfolio management and financial tracking. Ability to design and implement governance frameworks. Excellent communication skills to provide clear executive and operational reporting. Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a matrix organization. Fluent in English.
