HSE Lead – Industrial Project (South Spain)We are currently looking for an experienced HSE Lead to join a large-scale industrial green project in South Spain (coastal location) .This is a 12-month project with an urgent start in January , offering the opportunity to take real ownership of Health, Safety & Environmental performance on a complex industrial site.The RoleAs HSE Lead, you will be the main HSE authority on site , working closely with construction, contractors and project management teams to ensure the highest HSE standards throughout execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement the site HSE strategy in line with Spanish and EU regulationsAct as the primary HSE point of contact for contractors and site managementConduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talksEnsure compliance with HSE plans, risk assessments and method statementsInvestigate incidents and near misses, driving corrective actionsPromote a strong safety-first culture across the projectProfileProven experience as HSE Lead / Senior HSE on industrial or construction projectsStrong knowledge of Spanish HSE legislation and EU standardsBackground in heavy industry, process plants, energy or large construction projectsComfortable working in multi-contractor environmentsFluent or professional level of Spanish and EnglishEU right to work requiredLocation & ConditionsSouth Spain – coastal area (good connections)Approx. 12-month durationStandard working hours in line with Spanish legislationLocal hires preferred; rotation available for EU-based candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
