Sobre l’empresaEmpresa industrial amb una forta presència internacional i un entorn en ple procés de transformació digital. Actualment busquem incorporar un/a BI Architect amb una sòlida base tècnica per liderar la migració cap a Microsoft Fabric i impulsar el desenvolupament de l’arquitectura de dades de nova generació dins de la companyia. Responsabilitats principals Dissenyar i implementar l’arquitectura de dades en l’entorn Microsoft Fabric . Liderar la migració de l’ecosistema BI actual (Datawarehouse, pipelines, Power BI, etc.) cap a la nova plataforma. Assegurar la integritat, qualitat i seguretat de les dades en tot el procés. Col·laborar amb els equips de Data, IT i Negoci per definir requeriments i traduir-los en solucions tècniques. Optimitzar processos ETL/ELT i estructures de dades per millorar el rendiment. Donar suport i mentoratge a altres membres de l’equip BI. Experiència sòlida en arquitectura BI i disseny de sistemes de dades. Experiència en processos de migració de dades o implantació de noves plataformes (idealment Microsoft Fabric ). Coneixement d’arquitectures cloud (Azure) i bones pràctiques de govern de dades. Fortes habilitats analítiques i capacitat per treballar de manera autònoma. Persona amb mentalitat tècnica, orientada a la solució i amb ganes d’aprendre. Capacitat d’assumir responsabilitats de lideratge i de desenvolupar una trajectòria a llarg termini dins l’empresa. Bon nivell de comunicació i col·laboració amb equips multidisciplinaris. Participar en un projecte estratègic de transformació digital amb impacte directe. Pla de carrera amb possibilitats reals de creixement i lideratge dins l’àrea de BI.
