La Fundación, fundada en 2008, cuenta con más de 100.000 socios y tiene como misión vencer el Alzheimer.ResponsabilidadesGestionar proyectos y campañas de captación digital, elaborando briefings y siguiendo el desempeño con los equipos para cumplir objetivos y controlar presupuestos.Analizar datos de rendimiento de campañas y canales (SEO, SEM, RRSS, email, etc.) utilizando herramientas como Google Tag Manager, Looker, Google Analytics 4, Hotjar y otras.Liderar estrategias de CRO para mejorar la conversión y la experiencia del usuario.Elaborar informes periódicos y recomendaciones basadas en datos.Revisar y coordinar la plataforma interna de formularios para identificar oportunidades de optimización.Coordinación con departamentos internos y proveedores externos para la ejecución y seguimiento de campañas.CalificacionesMínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos digitales, analítica web y optimización de campañas.Dominio avanzado de Excel.Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de analítica digital: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Looker, etc.Experiencia en CRO, A/B testing, UX/UI y métricas de conversión.Experiencia en definición e implementación de campañas publicitarias.Capacidad de gestión, organización y trabajo en equipo.Proactividad y adaptabilidad.Gran capacidad analítica, orientada a resultados y con interés por las últimas tendencias.Idiomas: Castellano y Catalán (nivel nativo) e Inglés (intermedio o superior).Valoraremos positivamenteExperiencia en el tercer sector.¿Qué ofrecemos?Incorporación inmediata en Barcelona.Contrato indefinido.Modelo híbrido: teletrabajo y oficina según necesidades del equipo.Horario flexible.Jornada de 38 h semanales.Vacaciones: 23 días laborables más días adicionales según calendario.Retribución flexible con ticket de comida, seguro médico y guardería.Oportunidad de contribuir a la lucha contra el Alzheimer.Proceso de selecciónAplicar a la vacante; revisaremos tu aplicación lo antes posible.Entrevista semi-estructurada con un Talent Agent para resolver dudas y conocerte más allá del CV.Prueba práctica si superas la entrevista inicial.Entrevistas con la Fundación Pasqual Maragall para ti y para que ellos te conozcan.Contacto continuo con tu Talent Agent durante todo el proceso.Si consideras que cumples con los requisitos, inscríbete y descubre cómo puedes hacer la diferencia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
