WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Explore Trends:  You assist in researching seasonal fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, and fabrics across all categories. Bring Designs to Life:  You create accurate flat sketches, color-ups, and technical drawings, supporting (Senior) Designers and the Head of Design. Support Technical Prep:  You help build and maintain tech packs and design documentation throughout the development process. Curate Fabrics & Colors: You contribute to fabric and trim selection, update color cards and help create inspiring mood boards. Join the Process: You participate in internal design meetings, fit sessions and product reviews, keeping all teams aligned. Keep Things Organized:  You track samples, organize design boards, prepare seasonal presentations, and maintain up-to-date category documentation. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background:  You hold a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field. Your Strengths:  You have a strong fashion sensibility, curiosity for trends and silhouettes, and a basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production realities. You are accurate, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Your Profile:  You bring 1–2 years of internship or assistant-level experience in Men/Women fashion design, with a portfolio that showcases trend-driven work and strong digital sketching. You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint), fluent in English, and knowledge of Spanish or German is a plus. You thrive in collaborative, fast fashion teams.
