Con una estrategia de crecimiento ambiciosa, seguimos fortaleciendo nuestro equipo y buscamos un/a Graphic and Motion Designer Jr. para acompañar esta evolución y ayudarnos a construir una marca cada vez más sólida, coherente y reconocible. Buscamos un perfil junior, con buen criterio visual y dominio de las herramientas de diseño gráfico y motion, que quiera crecer profesionalmente trabajando en el cruce entre Brand y Marketing, entendiendo el porqué detrás de cada pieza y su impacto en el negocio. ¿Formarás parte del equipo de Brand y colaborarás de manera transversal con el área de Marketing, dando soporte en necesidades de diseño gráfico y motion, asegurando consistencia visual, calidad estética y coherencia de marca en todos los puntos de contacto de TRIOTECA. Conceptualización visual y ejecución de creatividades gráficas y animadas para: - Social Media - Diseño y animación de piezas de motion graphics sencillas (short videos, animaciones para redes, assets animados). Aplicación, mantenimiento y evolución del sistema visual de marca. Diseño de newsletters y piezas de email marketing. Desarrollo de materiales corporativos y comerciales. Colaboración con los equipos de Brand, Marketing y Performance en campañas y lanzamientos. Soporte puntual en la creación de ilustraciones y piezas animadas para el equipo de Product. Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en roles de comunicación y diseño de piezas gráficas y audiovisuales. Formación en Diseño, Publicidad, Comunicación Audiovisual o similar. Dominio de Figma y Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop. Conocimientos de motion graphics y edición de video (After Effects u otros). Buen criterio visual: composición, tipografía, jerarquía y color. Portfolio con trabajos gráficos y/o de motion (académicos o profesionales). Tienes experiencia diseñando para marketing digital o performance. Has trabajado con formatos de video para redes sociales. Aprendizaje continuo y feedback constante trabajando con equipos de Brand y Marketing. Jornada completa. Horario: - Lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:30 - Viernes de 9:00 a 15:00 (jornada intensiva). Oficinas en Poblenou. Buen ambiente de equipo, dinámicas internas y team buildings.
