Job Title: Gen AI - Products & Tools DeveloperLocation: Spain (Ideally Barcelona Sant Cugat; hybrid with 2 days/week onsite). Candidates across Spain are also considered if able to attend onsite planning sessions. Few days per 3 months.About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to support advanced AI initiatives for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and diagnostics companies. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on skills in GenAI solution development with the ability to engineer front‑end customer‑facing AI products. The role is part of a modern SAFe‑structured environment and involves close collaboration with product teams, data scientists and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and maintain generative AI‑powered customer‑facing applications including front‑end interfaces integrated with AI back‑ends.Develop and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM‑based solutions for real‑world business use cases.Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and engineering teams to translate business problems into scalable AI features.Integrate AI models with existing systems using modern APIs, orchestration frameworks and cloud‑native tools.Ensure adherence to SAFe and Agile delivery frameworks by participating in planning, refinement, demos and retrospectives.Implement responsible AI principles ensuring security, data privacy, model quality and compliance with enterprise standards.Monitor model performance, perform troubleshooting and lead continuous improvement of GenAI pipelines.Work closely with DevOps/MLOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing and operational stability of AI solutions.Document technical designs, solution architectures and operational guidelines.RequirementsExperience: 6 yearsEducation: Minimum Bachelor's degreeEnglish: AdvancedSpanish: Strong advantageMust HaveGenerative AI development experienceRAG / LLM implementationLangChain, LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworksPython and JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience building customer‑facing technical solutionsCloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with NVIDIA AI frameworks (NeMo, NIM, Triton, etc.)Familiarity with MLOps/DevOps practicesVector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)Understanding of Scrum or SAFe processesStrong communication skillsNice to HaveSPA/web development experience (React, Vue, etc.)Pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry experienceExperience with Databricks or enterprise data platformsExperience working in regulated environments (GxP)Prior work with cloud‑native security and complianceBenefitsWork on cutting‑edge AI solutions.Be part of a dynamic and innovative team.Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements.We would love to hear from youEmployment Type: Full TimeVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
