Our MBA graduates will have ownership of a high profile project within a business organization team, where they will partner with key business groups and clients. They will have opportunities to analyze unique business ideas, make data driven decisions and provide input to drive meaningful change. Each graduate will have exposure to upper level management (including Vice Presidents and Directors) and the opportunity to apply general business skills to support successful execution of corporate strategies. About the Business Leadership Course: As a MBA hire, you will join a Senior position across our various Corporate Organizations (Marketplace, Retail, Amazon Business, Devices) within Amazon Japan. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature and drives a large part of the Business Customer Experience, working cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution. You will define the product/program, develop and analyze success metrics, and drive discussions with executive leaders. The ideal candidate works effectively in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders to solve complicated problems with simple, elegant solutions.
