Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Marketing Communications & Design for our Artificial Grass division in Muro de Alcoy (Alicante). The mission of this profile is to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, increase engagement with target audiences, and contribute to the achievement of the organization's business objectives. Main responsibilities and key tasks Design and produce graphic materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop (intermediate level), ensuring quality and alignment with brand identity. Plan and manage marketing events and trade show attendance. Identify sponsorship opportunities and manage strategic collaborations with external partners. Design and coordinate marketing campaigns. Analyse campaign and event results, proposing data-driven improvements. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and partners related to marketing projects. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency. Innovate in proposing ideas to strengthen the brand's presence in the market. Competencies and skills Degree in Marketing. Previous experience in marketing coordinator functions (2 years at least), with a focus on event management or marketing projects. Fluent in English & Spanish. Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Team player with a positive attitude Multi-project management and problem solving skills Ready to take initiative - eager to learn Join our team and be part of a company that invests in its people and their growth.
