Ensure content aligns with brand voice and guidelines, providing feedback to content creators to improve quality. Collaborate with the content creation team to resolve any issues and improve the overall quality of deliverables. Conduct regular audits of Italian-language content to identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies. Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance content effectiveness, user engagement, and overall quality. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure content meets the needs of the target audience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in content creation and quality assurance. Manage feedback loops and communicate updates and changes effectively with relevant teams. Analyze performance metrics related to content and quality, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required. Proven experience in content quality assurance, content creation, or a similar role. Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in content. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback. Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to content quality. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus. A passion for maintaining high standards in content and ensuring a positive user experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
