As a SW Engineer, you will participate in the design, specification, and development of software for current and future products of the company and also different R+D+i projects in which the company is involved.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with LTE/5G protocol stacks and standards.Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems based on SDR technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Participate in the improvement of the company's development processes.Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycleRequirementsBachelor’s, master’s degree or technical diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.Strong programming skills in C/C++, ideally with real-time/low-latency focus.Solid knowledge of 3GPP standards (LTE, 5g, NR) and cellular stack internals (RRC, MAC, PDCP, PHY).Experience with SDR platforms and RF interfaces (UHD, RF, front-end drivers).Good understanding of networking concepts, IP protocols and debugging tools (wireshark, tcpdump).Experience developing on platforms based on Linux operating systems as SW Engineer or similar role.Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.Soft SkillsMethodical and organized person.Use to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.Autonomy and responsibility.Ability to take on new challenges.We are looking for a result driven self-starter with great communication and collaboration skills; we put a lot of emphasis on being great team players.Other SkillsKnowledge of driver implementation based on ARM or x86 Linux platforms.Knowledge about cellular technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G).Experience with open-source cellular stacks (srsRAN, OAI, Open5GS).Familiarity with certification constraints (DO-178C, cybersecurity etc).Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment/testing.Advanced English level: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international partners.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Technology-oriented: Our products are based on high-tech solutions, and we would like you feel comfortable working for systems for rescuing missing people based on mobile geolocation.We offerCompetitive compensation plan.Full-time, permanent contract.24 vacation days + 24th and 31th December + Public Holidays.Flextime.Free Friday afternoons and summer afternoons.Flexibility to work some days from home.Other benefits paid from the gross salary (ticket restaurant, transport tickets, nursery tickets).Permanent internal training + your own budget for external training.Team-building activitiesWork with the latest technologies + Career progress opportunities.We value both the growth and well-being of people.
