Your Role
This is a highly cross‑functional role that will translate the needs of commercial, logistics, promotions, etc. into efficient seller communication solutions. The role will also work together with the engineering team, a designer, and a product development expert, and focus on providing efficient and easy communication tools to sellers on our platforms to achieve desired business outcomes. This PM needs to track the dashboard of seller communication tools, surface data insights and optimize the way of communication to sellers. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine communication plans based on overall seller engagement strategy to reach the desired communication result (opening rate, satisfaction rate, engagement result, etc.)Monitor, track, report seller communication progress, and optimize the communication processPartner with PD & engineering team to develop new features of seller communication toolsDevelop & grow community leaders among sellersOptimize the community platformQualificationsVery strong communication skills, especially written, for marketplace scenarios, not limited to understanding both business and seller needs; draft engaging content in a simple but attractive way; a "people person" with high‑energy and client‑oriented mindsetA fast‑learner who adapts himself/herself into an innovative environment with uncertaintyExperience in copywriting and editing will be a plusExperience in visual design is a plusApplication ProcessReady to embark on this journey with us?
