- Helping our team of leaders and coaches to train new staff.
- Supporting various departments of the store (e.g., working the register, managing incoming or outgoing goods, restocking sales floor items, or designing displays) and recommending appropriate products to achieve sales goals.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services.
- Informing customers and new employees about NIKE products and services.
- Enhancing your own knowledge with our training tools and courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and company culture.
