Are you energized by the hum of machines running at full capacity? As a Machine Operator at Rotom in Son, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our production line runs smoothly and efficiently—delivering up to 300 pallets an hour with precision.

Your Role:

In this hands-on position, you’re at the heart of our pallet production process. You’ll be sorting and loading materials, quickly solving any minor disruptions in the line, and even gaining experience on other lines and machines across the facility. Ready to take on new challenges? You’ll have the chance to act as a backup for our shift supervisor, putting your skills to use in keeping our production line moving seamlessly

Work Schedule:

  • Day shifts: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Shift rotation: Every two months, join the alternating early and late shifts for two weeks

Who You Are:

  • A hands-on team player who’s up for physically active work
  • Ideally, you bring experience with production lines or machine operation (not required)
  • You have a natural knack for solving technical issues and keeping things running smoothly
  • Affinity with wood or natural materials is a plus
  • English proficiency (Dutch is a bonus)
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • You live near Son
