As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on‐demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services. Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions. Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‐up. Language Skills: Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in insurance sales Start Date: ASAP Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Performance Bonus: up to 11,000 € per year (split across 4 months) Holidays: 24 holidays per year Work Model: Hybrid Training: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks continuous on the job training Office Location: Career Growth: Ongoing training and development.
