WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Creative Vision:  You define and shape the creative vision and design direction for the Light Wovens category across Mens, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success. Trend Research:  You continuously research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both men’s segments and translate them into relevant, innovative design concepts. Collection Development:  You develop seasonal collections for Menswear from the first idea to the final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, color palettes, and detailed technical packages. Fit & Quality:  You ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for the respective target customers and provide clear, structured feedback during sample and fit reviews. Cross-Functional Alignment:  You work closely with Buying, Product Development and Merchandising to align assortment strategy, pricing, and production feasibility across both divisions. Performance Focus:  You monitor category performance for Menswear, gather consumer feedback, and adjust design strategies to continuously improve results and relevance. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Educational Background:  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field and bring a strong foundation in woven garment development. Your Strengths:  You combine creative thinking with analytical skills and have deep expertise in Light Wovens, fabric properties, and garment construction. You are able to balance trend forecasting with performance data, stay responsive across the value chain, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.  Your Profile:  You bring at least 7 years of experience in fashion design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing woven product expertise across Menswear. You collaborate confidently across functions, communicate design intent clearly to internal and external partners, and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive innovation, quality, and efficiency. You work confidently with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and communicate fluently in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
