SAP Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) - Liebherr GroupRole OverviewAs the Quality Assurance Manager for SAP implementations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the SAP implementation process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define quality assurance strategies, monitor progress and ensure that the SAP solution meets both business requirements and industry standards. Location & Working ArrangementMadrid city - the position will be based in our new office. Until the office is fully set-up, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model thereafter. This is not a fully remote position; on-site presence will be required once the office location is ready. ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of a key component of our SAP implementation, driving the success of the quality management within the project. Validate and reconcile migrated data to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with S/4HANA standards. Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to lead and coordinate a diverse team of experts across multiple departments. Develop a deep understanding of our warehouse management processes and gain visibility into how your contributions help streamline operations across the organization. Oversee defect management processes during testing cycles and ensure timely resolution of issues identified during the S/4HANA transition. Drive the optimization and efficiency of end-to-end transformation processes, ensuring the SAP S/4HANA solution supports long-term business success. Ensure that quality assurance activities support adherence to project schedules and budget constraints throughout the transition. Provide regular, transparent updates to management and stakeholders on quality status, risks, and key achievements during the S/4HANA implementation. QualificationsExperienced manager with a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification and sound experience in quality management for implementation projects. Several years of extensive experience in quality management for large-scale implementation projects, especially SAP transformation projects. IT audit experience is a plus. Knowledge of testing methodologies, including planning, automation and regression testing in SAP transformation projects and their integration in SAP modules such as FI. Strong leadership and project management skills, complemented by experience in change management and process optimisation. Excellent communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness. Willingness to undertake international business travel as part of project work. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
