Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) Duration: 6 months + extensions Location: Remote The Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) will lead the strategic oversight and disciplined execution of the global Artwork Transformation program. This role is accountable for establishing governance frameworks, driving alignment across multiple workstreams, and ensuring delivery excellence in process harmonization, system modernization, and organizational redesign. The Director will act as the central orchestrator, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions and ensuring the transformation delivers measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Establish and operate a program management office (PMO) that ensures disciplined execution, governance, and alignment across workstreams Manage process harmonization, system modernization, and organizational redesign Set up and lead a transformation PMO to manage the delivery lifecycle of the artwork transformation program Develop and maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and executive dashboards Lead preparation for governance forums including Steering Committees and Leadership Team updates Act as the central coordination point between internal functions (Artwork Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Digital) and external partners Ensure alignment of activities across all transformation tracks—process optimization, system implementation, and capability development Track and manage dependencies, timelines, and interlocks across global teams Define and monitor key transformation KPIs such as cycle time, quality metrics, right-first-time (RFT) rates, and tool adoption Create clear, structured performance reporting for senior stakeholders and executive sponsors Support benefits realization tracking and impact measurement Collaborate with Change & Communication teams to drive awareness, adoption, and training for new tools and processes Monitor rollout progress and readiness across regions, ensuring business continuity Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, onboarding sessions, and feedback loops Requirements: 12+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in PMO setup, governance, and portfolio management. Experience in process harmonization, system modernization, and organizational redesign. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
