Overview Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Sener. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment processes, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader. Responsibilities Design the search strategy for each vacancy/profile and coordinate with Hiring Managers to define profiles to cover. Identify and use appropriate recruitment sources (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, etc.) to locate suitable candidates. Conduct personal and competency interviews and present preselected candidates to Hiring Managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all selection processes. Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on transversal recruitment projects and actions. Who we are looking for Approximately 15 years of experience in similar roles; experience as a headhunter or in a consulting environment recruiting engineering profiles is desirable. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or similar, with relevant HR-focused training preferred. English level: B2 to C1. Strong familiarity with new technologies and digital sourcing tools.
