Con presencia global y un equipo multidisciplinar, INSUD Pharma impulsa soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas para transformar procesos y aportar valor en todas sus áreas, incluyendo la Dirección Financiera Corporativa.Responsabilidades claveDiseñar y desarrollar soluciones backend integrando IA, con foco en escalabilidad y modularidad.Liderar el despliegue de agentes inteligentes que automaticen procesos financieros y corporativos.Colaborar con equipos de producto, data science y tecnología para definir objetivos y roadmap técnico.Operacionalizar modelos de IA en producción, asegurando fiabilidad y rendimiento.Promover prácticas modernas de ingeniería: DevOps, Clean Code, DDD y testing automatizado.Documentar técnicamente las soluciones desarrolladas.Participar en la evolución continua del stack tecnológico y proponer mejoras.Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la seguridad en el desarrollo.El reto Serás referente técnico en IA aplicada a la automatización financiera, con autonomía del 70% y visión estratégica. En los primeros 6 meses, liderarás la implementación de al menos cuatro productos agenticos que generen ahorro, escalabilidad y evolución tecnológica.Qué necesitasFormación en Ingeniería Informática, Software, Matemáticas, Física o afines.Más de 3.5 años de experiencia sólida en desarrollo de software con enfoque en IA.Dominio de Python (preferible) o GoLang.Experiencia práctica con frameworks IA/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI Gym.Conocimiento profundo en teoría de IA: redes neuronales, aprendizaje por refuerzo, modelado estadístico.Experiencia en despliegue de modelos en producción (MLOps, APIs, microservicios).Familiaridad con herramientas como Jupyter, DVC y Weights & Biases.Experiencia en cloud computing (Azure preferente, también AWS o GCP).Buenas prácticas de desarrollo: CI/CD, revisión de código, testing automatizado.Capacidad analítica, autonomía (70%) y orientación a resultados.Inglés fluido, oral y escrito.Deseo de aprendizaje continuo y pasión por la innovación.Experiencia en entornos corporativos y/o startups.Valor añadidoCertificaciones en IA, LLMs, DevOps, Agile.Portafolio con productos digitales basados en IA.Mentalidad de producto y visión técnica estratégica.BeneficiosContrato indefinidoHorario flexibleSeguro médicoDesarrollo profesional continuoProceso de SelecciónContacto inicial por teléfono o correo electrónico.1 o 2 entrevistas virtuales o presenciales.Comunicación constante sobre el estado del proceso.Compromiso con la igualdad de oportunidadesEn INSUD Pharma promovemos la igualdad de género y garantizamos un proceso de selección libre de discriminación por etnia, religión, orientación sexual, discapacidad o cualquier otra condición personal o social.
