Head of Cyber Security

En Lognext buscamos un/a Head of Cybersecurity con un enfoque consultivo y comercial, capaz de liderar el lanzamiento y desarrollo de una nueva área estratégica: Ciberseguridad aplicada a la Inteligencia Artificial, e IA como herramienta para fortalecer la ciberseguridad. Buscamos una persona con sólido conocimiento técnico, pero también con mentalidad de negocio, orientación a objetivos, habilidades de comunicación de alto nivel, y experiencia en la gestión de equipos y proyectos complejos. Responsabilidades principales • Diseñar y liderar la estrategia de ciberseguridad de Lognext, con un enfoque en innovación y posicionamiento en grandes cuentas. • Impulsar el desarrollo de servicios que integren IA en ciberseguridad (SOAR, detección, predicción, automatización) y ciberseguridad para modelos de IA (robustez, privacidad, cumplimiento normativo). • Actuar como referente técnico y comercial en reuniones de alto nivel con CIOs, CISOs y otras posiciones C-Level. • Participar activamente en procesos de venta consultiva, elaboración de ofertas, presentaciones técnicas y defensas de propuestas. • Liderar un equipo de especialistas en ciberseguridad, incluyendo selección, formación, mentoring y seguimiento. • Coordinar proyectos de ciberseguridad en clientes clave, asegurando calidad técnica y cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos. • Identificar oportunidades de negocio, generar pipeline y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible del área. • Representar a Lognext en eventos, foros y asociaciones del sector. Perfil requerido • Formación técnica en Ingeniería, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. • Experiencia mínima de 8 años en ciberseguridad, con al menos 3 liderando equipos o áreas. • Conocimiento profundo en una o varias de las siguientes áreas: SOC, SIEM, respuesta a incidentes, Red Team / Blue Team, seguridad en cloud, ciberdefensa, normativa y cumplimiento. • Conocimientos en IA aplicada a la ciberseguridad (ventaja competitiva). • Experiencia previa en venta consultiva de servicios tecnológicos y gestión de relaciones con grandes cuentas. • Excelente capacidad de comunicación, negociación e influencia. • Experiencia en preparación de ofertas técnicas y comerciales. • Visión estratégica, orientación a objetivos y resultados. • Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2). ¿Qué ofrecemos? • Salario competitivo y excelente esquema de comisiones. • Plan de retribución flexible (seguro médico, transporte, guardería, vales de comida...). • Amplio presupuesto para formación y desarrollo profesional. •
