Position: Program Manager at SOFYNE (part of Saphir Group). Do you want to lead high‐impact Industry 4.0 programs for global manufacturing leaders? Are you motivated by coordinating complex technical environments, aligning stakeholders, and shaping long‐term technology evolution? We are looking for a Program Manager who will take end‐to‐end responsibility for a major Life Cycle Management (LCM) program within BU MIT for one of our clients. This multi‐year program focuses on modernising automation platforms, OT infrastructure, MES/MOM layers, and related digital systems. In addition to this core assignment, you will also lead automation projects and digital transformation programs for other AGS clients across EMEA. Lead the full LCM program, including automation upgrades, obsolescence management, OT/IT lifecycle planning. Define long‐term roadmaps, transition strategies, and investment planning together with the client. Translate technical concepts into clear business decisions for senior leaders. Track budgets, resource planning, capacity and program forecasts at multi‐stream level. Automation & Digital Transformation Projects (Multiple Clients) Manage or oversee automation projects (PLC/SCADA/DCS migrations). Lead digital programmes/projects for other clients, including MES/MOM, data platforms, IIoT, connectivity and cyber security. Coordinate with architects, automation experts, data specialists, MES engineers, system integrators and suppliers. Technically literate comfortable discussing automation, IIoT, architectures, MES/MOM, data platforms and OT/IT. The wish list for a Project Manager 5–10 years' experience in program or project leadership in automation, digitalisation or Industry 4.0. Strong technical affinity or background in automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS). Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing politically sensitive situations. Fluent in Spanish and English. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Automation, IT or similar. EU citizenship or long‐term EU work permit.
