MN8 is headquartered in New York with offices in Texas, Florida and Madrid. Position Overview: We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Implementation & Support Admin to lead and support the deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, or related modules). This role will drive successful implementations, ensure seamless integration with external systems, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Oracle Cloud, strong systems integration skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class digital solutions. As the Oracle Cloud Implementation Administrator, you will: Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, ERP, Supply Chain, etc.). Partner with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth and compliant data exchanges with systems such as ADP, Celergo, Fidelity, Salesforce, and other benefits or financial platforms. ( Configure and manage Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data access policies in alignment with governance and privacy requirements. Drive system enhancements and process improvements post go-live, supporting business users with best practices and technical guidance. Collaborate with third-party implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure ongoing support and operational excellence through proactive monitoring, documentation, and issue resolution. Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as they apply to employee and business data. Act as the primary escalation point for Oracle Cloud-related issues and incidents. Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, BI Publisher, and related technologies.
