This role goes far beyond reporting — you’ll partner closely with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive smarter decision-making. What you’ll do: Build and optimize Power BI dashboards Write strong SQL queries for analysis Run cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI Ensure data quality and collaborate with data engineers What we’re looking for: Strong SQL + advanced Power BI Python basics for analysis/automation Experience working with marketing or business teams Excellent analytical & communication skills Marketing analytics tools (GA, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer), A/B testing experience, fintech/crypto/e-commerce background.
