AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Spain - Marbella & Torremolinos a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist, with focus on office management. This role requires a background understanding of administrative functions and HR processes. The HR Generalist will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and help ensure the smooth operation of both offices in Spain along with HR activities.

Start date: January 2025

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE :

  • Coordinate and supervise daily administrative activities of the office dealing with suppliers and facilities.
  • Handle office needs and inventory supplies, placing orders when necessary and proposing improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and suppliers.
  • Manage the agenda and coordinate office events.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies by staying informed about legal requirements and company standards.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
  • Salary range 24K-30K Gross Year depending on experience + health insurance post probation period.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with a good understanding of HR practices and office management and/or suppliers handling is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, detail orientation and a proactive approach to work.
