You will dive deep into the heart of our business, understand its objectives and requirements, and translate this knowledge into a data problem. You’ll collect and explore data to uncover patterns and initial insights that guide hypothesis creation. You will undertake a transformative process of business understanding, data understanding, and data preparation. Using statistical and mathematical modelling techniques, you’ll create models that defy convention – models that hold the key to solving intricate business challenges. You’ll evaluate these models for accuracy and generalization, ensuring they solve business problems optimally. In addition to building and validating models, you’ll deploy them as code to applications and processes, guaranteeing ongoing business value. You’ll become intimately familiar with our business processes, identify issues, and craft solutions that drive meaningful change. You will develop and apply standards and policies that protect our most valuable asset – ensuring data is secure, private, accurate, available, and usable. Your mastery extends to data management, migration, strategy, change management, policy and regulation. If you’re ready to embrace the power of data to transform our business and embark on an epic data adventure, then join us at Kyndryl.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Architecture Design – Design generative AI systems leveraging GANs, VAEs, and transformer‑based models for content synthesis, simulation, and data augmentation; utilize Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and vector databases to enable autonomous problem‑solving and adaptive learning; implement Agentic Mesh ecosystems where AI agents collaborate dynamically, combining language, behavioral, and domain‑specific capabilities; develop novel techniques for LLM/SLM fine‑tuning, including retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and context‑aware prompt engineering; optimize inference performance for real‑time applications using MLOps pipelines and cloud‑native deployment; lead R&D initiatives in neurosymbolic AI, mechanistic interpretability, and ethical guardrails for autonomous systems.Strategic Team Player – Collaborate with high‑performance teams to deploy AI systems that redefine industry standards (e.g., healthcare diagnostics, financial forecasting, supply chain resilience); collaborate on publishing whitepapers and patents on emergent AI architectures, emphasizing sustainability and bias mitigation.QualificationsStrong experience in AI/ML engineering, data pipelines, and model deployment.Hands‑on expertise with Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks.Proficiency in Python and cloud‑ML platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Ability to convert business challenges into technical hypotheses and deliver solutions.Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and data governance.Preferred Skills and ExperienceContributions to open‑source AI frameworks.Certifications in cloud‑ML platforms.Background in consulting or customer‑facing solution delivery.Diversity & InclusionDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from – it’s how we think and who we are.
