Each of these experiences helps students to see beyond the classroom and to see the world – and themselves – in new ways.The Senior Course Leader Coordinator will focus on providing financial support to a team of over 500 Course Leaders--our educators in the field, leading our programs.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate payroll: review timesheets, correct errors, follow up on issuesCalculate and submit gratuities for paymentCoordinate CL expenses in ConcurOversee Divvy/Bill card usage and codingEfficiently and effectively answer phone and respond to emails in a customer focused, timely mannerTrain Course Leaders to use finance related platforms/appsRemain professional, positive, and friendly during challenging situationsProvide general support for the CL Management Team and CLs on programAssist with developing in person and virtual trainingsWorldStrides, a global organization, is committed to educate and serve communities worldwide.
