Key Responsibilities: Work with data product owners and analytics delivery manager to manage demand and change requests from the business ensuring requirements are prioritised & correctly captured in the CC reporting backlog Act as the SME for CC reporting Streamline current CC reports and dashboards to align with best practices and reporting framework Work with relevant CC teams to support report issues where needed Provide functional direction, training and support to the analyst community Analyse requirements and design reports and Dashboards in CC to support business reporting requirements in accordance with defined design principles Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of Customer Connect as part of the overall Data Programmeand analytics framework ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Salesforce reports & dashboard development experience Fluent in English .
