Based in Spain, HESCO has offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager to plan, manage, and coordinate BIM processes across multiple construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for BIM implementation, clash detection, coordination of models, compliance reports, and ensuring high-quality digital deliverables . Availability to work outside Spain is required.⚠️ This position requires availability to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.Main AccountabilitiesCoordinate and manage BIM processes for all projects assigned.Perform clash detection and implement clash resolution action plans .Implement and monitor the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and ensure compliance.Produce and review BIM compliance reports .Manage and coordinate a team of BIM modelers and subcontractors as needed.Ensure all BIM models are accurate, updated, and meet quality standards.Oversee multiple BIM models simultaneously (minimum 10).Maintain standards and best practices across projects with BUA of at least 10,000 m² in the last 5 years.Academic BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.LanguagesProficiency in English is required.ExperienceMinimum 1 year as BIM Manager : Clash detection, Clash resolution action plan, BEP implementation, and Compliance reports.Minimum 1 year as BIM Coordinator .Minimum 1 year as BIM Modeler .Experience coordinating 10 BIM models simultaneously .Participation in projects totaling BUA of 10,000 m² in the last 5 years.Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows, software, and collaboration platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
