The Copy Lead will shape how the world hears, feels, and laughs with us.You'll define and maintain our tone of voice across all channels, from website and ad copy to viral video scripts and campaign storytelling. Working closely with our marketing team and Michelle, our on-camera creator, you'll turn bold ideas into scroll-stopping, smart, and emotionally resonant content.We're a small team with an intense work ethic and high standards. That means faster learning, more ownership, and the chance to grow your career much faster than in a traditional environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and own the brand voice across all touchpoints including website copy, campaigns, emails, and packaging. Write and edit short-form scripts, hooks, and captions for viral social content in collaboration with Michelle (Social Media Manager). Create storyboards and content angles for humor-driven, relatable, or couple-focused videos that align with our brand mission. Craft copy for marketing campaigns, paid ads, product launches, influencer briefs, and landing pages. Refine and iterate the tone of voice to stay engaging, modern, and policy-safe across Meta and TikTok. Collaborate with designers and the e-commerce manager to ensure all visuals and text tell one cohesive story. Proofread and optimize all brand communications for clarity, tone, and emotional impact. Monitor trends and cultural moments to turn them into relevant, witty content opportunities. Requirements Native English speaker (C2 level). Minimum 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness brands. Strong sense of humor, timing, and storytelling for digital audiences. Deep understanding of social media culture, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Reels. Comfortable writing in various tones including witty, romantic, educational, and meta-safe sensual. Excellent editing skills and attention to linguistic detail. Collaborative, proactive, and able to ideate fast under pressure. Based in or willing to relocate to Valencia, Spain. Nice to Have Experience writing for sexual wellness or body-positive brands. Understanding of viral mechanics and influencer marketing. Familiarity with SEO and conversion-driven copy. Scriptwriting experience for short-form video. Strong interest in modern relationship culture, intimacy, and lifestyle trends. What We Offer Competitive salary of €2,000 gross per month.
