The work is fast moving and cross functional, with plenty of room to influence decisions that directly impact commercial success.What you’ll be doing• Owning assigned products across their full commercial lifecycle• Preparing and coordinating launch readiness with all involved teams• Supporting accurate sales forecasting and driving cross functional alignment• Leading product scale up planning and delivery• Building business cases for Cost of Goods (CoG) reduction and driving implementation• Facilitating and overseeing tech transfers to ensure supply continuity• Keeping communication tight between operational and non operational teams• Troubleshooting and resolving supply or performance issues when neededWhat you need to bring• A degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or similar, MBA a plus• Around ten years’ experience in product management or a related area within pharma or lifesciences• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving• Proven experience coordinating cross functional teams• Confident communicator, organised, and comfortable influencing across departments• Thrives in a fast paced, global environmentIf you’re looking for a product role with genuine ownership and the chance to work across multiple countries and teams, this is a strong opportunity.
