Come and join us to create the future together For the role of Specialist AI Solution Architect Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. Responsibilities Design and implement AI architectures that align with Vodafone's strategic goals. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and integrate AI solutions. Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and security of AI solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI development team. Key performance indicators Successful design and implementation of AI architectures. Efficiency and scalability of AI solutions. Timely delivery of AI projects and solutions. Collaboration and communication effectiveness with cross‑functional teams. Continuous improvement and innovation in AI and related technologies. What you bring Strong experience with AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. In‑depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with data processing and storage technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL). Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Good understanding of Responsible AI & Ethical AI frameworks, EU AI Act. Experience of using RAI frameworks in AI solutions. Nontechnical skills Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. A proactive and innovative mindset.
