As a Digital Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:
Serve as the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, engaging with them to build enthusiasm and identify their needs to propose solutions and send them on the most appropriate Sales path.
You will work towards individual targets, part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. You will interact with customers primarily via outbound calls.
What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Native proficiency in German and fluent English
  • High school degree
  • Prior sales experience (preferably B2B)
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
