We are recruiting an HR Country Manager to work in close partnership with the Country Manager and local leadership teams. This role plays a central part in shaping a strong, compliant, and engaging people strategy adapted to the Spanish social and labor environment. This role is based on-site in Zaragoza, Spain.Getting a Flying StartAs HR Country Manager, you will be the reference point for all HR matters in Spain, ensuring alignment with Nexans Group strategy while fully integrating local labor law, social dialogue, and industrial realities. You will advise leaders on people decisions, lead the national HR community, and ensure that transformation initiatives are implemented smoothly, responsibly, and in line with local employment regulations.How You Make an ImpactAct as a strategic HR partner to the Country Manager and leadership teamLead labor relations and social dialogue, including negotiations and agreements with employee representativesDrive organization design, workforce planning, and change management in line with business needsOversee talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation frameworks compliant with Spanish legislationDevelop leadership, succession, and learning initiatives adapted to local skills and industrial needsPromote a safe, ethical, and engaging work environment, including health & safety culture and employee engagement surveysYour Starting PointsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related fieldFluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and Spanish employment lawProven background in HR leadership within an industrial or multinational environmentSolid business understanding with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersCollaborative leadership style with strong communication and negotiation skillsSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelJob FunctionHuman ResourcesIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
