Job Description Project Description: At the Telco Hub in Madrid, we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. If you are passionate about shaping the future of telecommunications, this is your place Responsibilities Monitor our cloud infrastructure using Zabbix and partially support legacy environment on ICINGA Monitoring. Advance the alerting system by programming more granular alarms and enriching alert information. Ensure alarms are correctly forwarded to the First Line and support contacts responsible for monitoring network devices. Work as part of a German team and act as the interface to the platform operators. Collaborate with the Operations team to enrich services for First Line support. Qualifications Zabbix and ICINGA expertise: proficiency in setting up, configuring, and managing alerts. Cloud infrastructure knowledge : strong understanding of cloud environments and monitoring challenges. Problem‑solving skills : diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement changes efficiently. Communication skills : clearly convey technical information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Team collaboration : experience working in a team, especially within a German‑speaking team, coordinating with stakeholders. Programming/scripting : experience enhancing and automating monitoring processes. Network device monitoring : familiarity with monitoring network devices and supporting contacts. Agile mindset and methods : experience with SCRUM or KANBAN. Operations collaboration : improve processes and information flow to First Line support. Platform management : interface between monitoring and platform teams. German language proficiency (beneficial but not mandatory).
