Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - Fintech & Financial ServicesSole Legal Counsel / Head of LegalDanos Associates is working with a fast‑growing crypto payments business that provides international‑ready solutions for businesses adopting digital assets. The team is fully remote and recognised for handling high‑volume crypto transactions.Fully remote – European Union.The RoleBe the first legal hire and shape the company’s legal function from the ground up.Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation for commercial, IT and SaaS agreements.Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and financial services regulatory matters.Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory frameworks to ensure company‑wide compliance.Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Advise on cross‑border transactions, licensing and IP matters.Work closely with commercial, finance, product, and operations teams to embed legal best practices.Support strategic initiatives such as partnerships, M&A and new product launches.What They’re Looking ForMaster of Laws (LLM) with at least 7+ years’ experience in corporate/commercial law.Candidates should ideally have in‑house experience at a fintech, financial services or tech business.Strong experience with commercial contracts, financial transactions, and IT/tech matters.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Fluent English; other languages a plus.Please apply directly to the job advert with your CV, or alternatively reach out to Jack Johnson at to learn more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
