Funciones: Recepción de la empresa: proporcionar asistencia telefónica, recibir a los visitantes, organizar la sala de reuniones, proporcionar apoyo a los empleados en relación a las instalaciones internas y gestionar la paquetería entrante y saliente. Administración de real estate en España (solicitudes de compra, gestión de facturas de alquiler, gestión de revisiones técnicas del edificio etc.)ç Requisitos: FP de grado medio o superior, preferiblemente en administración o parecido Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un puesto de recepción/ administración Nivel de inglés B1 tanto escrito como hablado (se hará una prueba del idioma durante la entrevista) Experiencia demostrada en ofimática: Excel, Word, Power Point Compromiso y buena actitud Capacidad de autogestión sin necesidad de supervisión frecuente Condiciones: Contrato indefinido 30 días laborables de vacaciones Modalidad de trabajo: 100% presencial Jornada de 30 horas semanales con horario de 8:00 a 14:00 Salario: 15.000€ brutos anuales Plan de retribución flexible
