This is a full-time position (not freelance), either remote or based in our offices in Barcelona/Valencia. You should have the ability to develop visual concepts, illustrate 2D graphics, storyboard sketches, and animate them.We are primarily looking for expertise in 2D animation working with your own illustrations. You work with Adobe products, specifically After Effects and Illustrator. You have a strong will to develop and you are good at listening.ResponsibilitiesDevelop visual concepts, illustrate 2D graphics, storyboard sketches, and animate them.Work with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to create animated videos.Participate in the entire production process, from idea to finished customer delivery.Collaborate with a creative team respecting everyone’s ideas and challenging yourself daily.Qualifications5-8 years of experience in advertising producing animated videos.Strong 2D animation skills with your own illustrations.Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.Ability to show a portfolio, showreel, or work samples with role description.Strong English writing and speaking skills; additional language proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (written) is meritorious.Experience with WordPress, high-level film editing (Final Cut or Premiere Pro), and copywriting is a plus.Completion of independent motion graphics productions as a freelancer is a benefit.Personal CharacteristicsSense of color and shape and driven to make complex ideas easy to understand.Team player who values cohesion and stands up for colleagues.Good at building relationships with customers and colleagues, able to discuss design objectively.Attention to detail, open to constructive criticism, unpretentious.Able to handle many projects simultaneously while maintaining high pace.OrganizationWe are Storisell, an International Marketing Agency working with Animation, Film, Design, Paid Ads and Marketing Consulting Strategies.We offer a step into the advertising industry in an international marketing agency where a go-get-it attitude and personal development characterize the culture.You will report directly to our Creative Director.The department is a small organization where personal responsibility is important.
