The Group has over 555 professionals across Europe, the US, Latin America, and Asia.In Alternative Asset Management and Investment Banking, Alantra provides clients with access to a wide range of investment strategies across asset classes and delivers high value-added services through experienced teams and local market knowledge.Role DescriptionCurrently we are looking for a Senior VP or Director with 5-7 years of experience in Secured Finance and Asset Backed Securities, with experience in all types of securitizations and synthetic. Fully committed, hardworking and committed with the team and the relevant project.RequirementsStrong analytical skills.Native Spanish.English as a second language with fluent speaking and writing.Strong communication skills.To be based in Madrid (but could currently be in London or Milan looking to go back “home”).Experience in synthetic, important, and all types of securitizations.Candidate needs to be fluent in securitisation regulation.Focused on the Iberian market but he/she should be able to cover other countries.Previous experience in the sector.Strong and independent modelling capabilities: python modelling a plus.Good relationship with rating agencies.Able to independently read legal documentations.Valuation capabilities will be needed.Strong interest in the FIG sector.Cooperative and with strong capabilities working with a Team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
