We are looking for a high-energy, hunter sales leader to drive for an innovative company operating at the intersection of Healthcare, Technology, and AI-driven solutions for professionals and organizations. Open and develop new business with large hospitals, healthcare groups, private networks, and insurance companies. Build and scale the regional sales organisation, including hiring, mentoring, and developing future team members. Create and maintain a structured, high-quality sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting for leadership. Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven track record in B2B or enterprise sales within Health Tech, Med Tech, SaaS, insurance, or regulated industries. Hunter mentality : strong ability to open doors, engage senior stakeholders, and close complex deals.
