Technical Instructor

We are looking for an experienced Technical Training Instructor to join a high-level aerospace program based in Seville (Spain). What we offer Permanent local contract Full-time position Base Seville Health insurance included Competitive salary package Opportunity to work in an international and innovative aerospace environment Requirements Experience and Training: Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience on A330 MRTT, or EASA B2 Licensed Engineer (B1 is a plus) with at least 5 years’ experience on A330, with type rating endorsed Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Familiarity with EASA Part 147 training requirements Key Responsibilities Deliver theoretical and practical training on the Airbus A330 / MRTT aircraft Evaluate trainee performance and provide guidance and feedback Maintain and update training materials and documentation Collaborate with other instructors to ensure high training standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methods and programs
