Our Dairy Biosciences SubBU, part of the Health & Biosciences Business Unit, passionately supports the Dairy Industry with a deep knowledge of cultures and enzyme solutions. The product range of IFF's Dairy Biosciences Sub Business Unit includes starter cultures (live microorganisms), protective cultures, probiotic cultures, dairy enzymes, yeasts and mold fungus cultures. Our products are used in over 90 countries in the production of cheese, yogurt, various dairy products and other fermented foods and help to improve the quality of the food.Shape your future and be part of a winning team We are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Manager IBERIA (Dairy Enzymes, Cheese)  to join our IFF sales organization being responsible for H&B Dairy Biosciences' customers in Iberia, a candidate who has proven skills with cultures and dairy enzymes in Cheese industry. This position offers an exciting role with a lot of potential in a dynamic and strong industry. The aim is to grow our Dairy Biosciences business at targeted dairy customers in Spain and Portugal countries, within the cheese industry (potentially the fresh fermented industry)so high level of practical experience in dairy industry is of key importance. You will be reporting to the Sub-Regional Sales Leader SWE for Dairy Biosciences. You will be supported by  the Dairy Biosciences business group, which includes Communications, Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D, Operations and Finance to achieve our common goals. Location for the role is Madrid or Barcelona (hybrid) or remote in Spain. Where You'll Make a Difference Being First Choice - cultivate and develop relationships with targeted existing and potential dairy customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier Regularly visit customers to offer technical and commercial solutions to customer driven projects  Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities and develop these opportunities in new business to grow the company's market share within the dairy industry - manage these opportunities within our SalesForce.Com system Support IFF's strategy for growth linked to dairy cultures and dairy enzymes  Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities that these objectives are met in accordance with IFF's BU strategy. Actively promote the company profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars Keep and establish contact to internal departments like Application and Product Management on relevant projects, pricing, market developments etc. What Makes You the Right Fit You are a professional with a dairy technology background having a solid practical experience  in Cheese technology and good understanding of Fresh Dairy technology. Specific experience or competences within dairy cultures and dairy enzymes will be considered a strong advantage. You like to work independently, being self-motivated but also understand how to function in a larger organization and the importance of reaching common business goals – a high degree of team spirit is a prerequisite.   You prove project management skills where full ownership of driving new business opportunities is demonstrated by coordinating all team members to achieve business objectives. You are customer centric and open-minded. You are fluent in Spanish / English language and have a driving license category B. You like regular travel to visit customers or for internal activities.
