Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work in the healthcare industry, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of our clients.
What you would do :
- Work closely with Project Managers, Scientific Department, and Production to develop creative concepts and campaigns that are both effective and sensitive to the needs of the healthcare industry.
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that all materials are accurate and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaigns are successful.
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that are both creative and informative.
- Create and manage artwork for print, digital, and broadcast campaigns, ensuring that all materials are accurate and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Work with Project Managers to develop project plans and timelines.
- Work with the Scientific Department to ensure that creative concepts are accurate and compliant with medical standards.
- Work with Production to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in creative healthcare advertising agencies.
- Creativity awards in both the health sector and general advertising will be valued.
- Advanced English ( C1 ).
- Knowledge in Motion Graphics will be very important. After Effects & Figma experience will be a plus.
- Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare industry with focus on digital.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of design principles, conceptualisation and trends.
