Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.The Advisors & Consulting Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision‑making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. They apply a broad set of problem‑solving techniques to improve the client’s overall strategy, performance, and operations.Reference: and ResponsibilitiesClient ImpactDevelop deliverables on multiple projects, leading different workstreams and presentations to clientsContribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client valueManage relationships with both clients and internal senior stakeholdersTeam Collaboration & CulturePlan, organize, and structure own work and the junior team to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems, synthesize analyses and findings, and create impactful storylinesLead team and external meetings, and lead or co‑lead project managementContribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and solution developmentQualifications & ExperienceBasic qualifications (required)Undergraduate degree with 4‑8 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or payments (ideally both), with experience managing clients and/or internal stakeholdersAdvanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsNative Spanish and full proficiency in EnglishLogical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysisEligibility to work in Spain, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needsPreferred Qualifications (nice to have)Additional languages, especially Catalan native speakersExperience in leadership and coaching junior consultantsRelevant industry expertiseMBA or master’s degree with relevant specializationAbout Us (Advisors & Consulting Services)Services within Mastercard are responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience.
